He served faithfully on the Elders and Ministers leadership counsel for three years.

In March of 1990 he was transferred to Philadelphia Pa. While searching for a church home the Lord Blessed him be become a part of the Home Bible Study Fellowship Ministry in Military housing under the leadership of Elder Ronald Duplessis, it was here where he was appointed as a bible study instructor and begin teaching in dept studies of both old and new testament scriptures. In April he accepted an invitation to prayer at Emmanuel Temple C.O.G.I.C. where he met Dr. Aaron Williams (founder and pastor) it was here in the dining hall where the Lord said this is the house I will develop your gifts in ministry! He began to serve as youth pastor, choir member, financial assistant, building and grounds maintenance assistant. He was ordained Elder in the Gospel Ministry in July of 1991. Throughout his Military Career the Lord showed favor upon him he was able to start numerous bible studies at each command he was assigned. In the absence of a commissioned Chaplin the Lord gave him favor with his commanding officers to pray each night over the intercom system the evening prayer! Between 1991 and 2002 he served under the leadership of Bishop George D. McKinney in San Diego Ca. Between the years 2003-2007 He was Assistant Pastor of Victory Temple in Portland OR, under the pastorate of A.R. Hopkins Jr. During this time the Lord began to speak to his heart to reach beyond the borders of America and to serve and preach the Gospel around the world, in March of 2005-2007 he joined pastor Hopkins on annual missionary journeys to Ghana Africa. These trips would change the direction of his ministry and life forever! The Lord revealed himself by signs and wonders during these journeys, it was here he clearly heard the voice of the Lord say Isaac lovest thou me? Than feed my sheep! In the fall of 2007 there was restlessness in his Spirit and a yearning to obey the calling into full time ministry. It was during this time that he met with his Sr. Pastor to discuss the higher calling on his life. In October 2007 he stepped down from the office of Assistant Pastor of Victory Temple and began to fast and pray for the will of the Lord to be revealed. As he prayed the Lord again began to ask Isaac lovest thou me? Than feed my sheep. For the remainder of the year he continued to pray and seek the Lord for wisdom. During the year-end crusade on December 31, 2007 The Lord began to shift his spirit into the direction of purpose! The words began to ring in his ear remember when you were 13 years of age I spoke into you my purpose “John 8:32 and thou shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free”. And from this scripture Temple of Truth was born!

In February 2008 he began holding a weekly Bible Study in his home “Truth in Action” with emphasis on the implementation of the imparted Truth’s in the daily applications of God’s Word. As the ministry grows he began searching for a location to hold Sunday morning worship services, the Lord opened a door at the Marshall Community Center in Vancouver Washington. Temple Of Truth Ministries will open the doors on Sunday June 8, 2008 at 12:30 P.M.
